Invite Don Sanjeewa Alwis to discuss the choices people and organisations face as AI becomes part of everyday work. The themes below are starting points for an event brief; a talk, panel or discussion format and availability are agreed with the organiser.
Topics to explore
Adopting AI without weakening human judgment
For leaders and teams deciding what to delegate to AI. Explore task boundaries, meaningful review and the point at which a person must retain the decision. The audience should leave with questions for assigning accountability in its own workflow.
From a convincing demo to a useful pilot
For founders, product teams and transformation leaders. Examine data access, evaluation, review effort and operational ownership. The discussion centres on what to measure before expanding adoption.
Human agency in an AI-shaped world
For audiences interested in work, technology and everyday choice. Explore how defaults and recommendations influence decisions, and how people can make those influences easier to notice and question.
