What would you like to improve?
Leadership teams may be deciding where AI belongs in a workflow. Technical teams may need to connect a promising demonstration to reliable operations. Founders may be testing whether a product solves a meaningful problem. Describe the decision you face before choosing a tool.
Three useful starting points
AI readiness
Identify the use case, information boundaries, people’s skills and ownership. A useful enquiry explains what happens today and where the team needs clarity before a pilot.
An adoption roadmap
Describe the priorities, dependencies and organisational changes you need to sequence. Possible discussion outputs include a prioritised use-case list and decision checkpoints; these are options to agree, not a fixed package.
Pilot evaluation
Bring a proposed baseline, examples of errors and the cost of review. Discuss what evidence would justify expansion, revision or stopping.
Define the engagement before it begins
- Agree the question, deliverables, decision owner and timetable.
- Confirm Decryptogen’s delivery team and who is accountable for each output.
- Agree confidentiality, permitted data access, procurement requirements and any specialist reviews.
- Confirm the working format, time zones and any travel requirements.
An initial email should contain a high-level description only. Do not send passwords, customer records or confidential datasets.
