AI & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Preparing for change.
Preserving choice.

Don Sanjeewa Alwis, also known professionally as Sanjeewa Alwis, works across artificial intelligence, digital transformation, research and writing.

He leads Decryptogen and is the author of the forthcoming book I Don’t Remember Choosing This. His central interest is the relationship between technological progress and human possibility: how people can prepare for change, recognise its risks and retain meaningful choices about their work and lives.

For Sanjeewa, the conversation about AI includes whether people understand its limits, whether organisations remain accountable for its use and whether opportunity becomes more widely available.
